Refund Policy

Purpose of Services

At JNTERPRISE LLC, we are committed to helping our clients gain a better understanding of their credit. Through credit education and restoration services, we work under the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to help identify outdated, inaccurate, or unverifiable items that may be negatively affecting your credit report.

Client Responsibilities

It’s up to the client to make sure all the information they provide is true and complete, and to follow any steps or instructions given throughout the credit repair process to help ensure everything moves forward smoothly. 

 

Clients must maintain active credit monitoring through MyFreeScore so we can access and review reports properly. It is also the client’s responsibility to stay in communication and respond promptly to any requests or updates. Missed or delayed payments may result in paused or canceled services.

Timeframe and Results Disclaimer

Credit repair is not an overnight fix. While some clients may begin seeing progress in as little as 30 to 45 days, the full process can take three to six months or longer depending on the individual credit situation. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report, and we do not promise any specific score increase or outcome. Results vary based on your credit history, and all final decisions are made by the credit bureaus and data furnishers.

Confidentiality

All information you provide is handled with strict confidentiality. Your identity, documents, and credit data are stored securely and will never be shared without your written consent.

Terms and Conditions

All payments made for services are final. JNTERPRISE LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a payment is submitted, it is understood that the client agrees to these terms and has accepted the no-refund policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions.
